Appointments & Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the appointment to another patient in need. This makes it possible for us to assist another patient during that time. Late cancellations or missed appointments may lead to a cancellation fee.
Insurance & Payments
We accept most major dental insurance plans and are happy to submit claims on your behalf. To help avoid delays, please bring your insurance card and photo ID to your appointment. Payment for services not covered by insurance is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, credit cards, and CareCredit.
Patient Records & Privacy
Oceanspray Dental Health is fully HIPAA-compliant. We ensure your personal and medical information remains private and protected. You may request copies of your records at any time by submitting a written request.
Arrival Time
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for your appointment, especially if you're a new patient or need to update your records. This helps us stay on schedule and gives you ample time to complete any paperwork.
